All about Panorama dive site
Panorama Reef is one of Safaga’s signature sites, known for steep walls, plateaus, and blue-water views. It has a grander scale than the shallow reef gardens, with a more advanced and dramatic feel.
What to see
Divers may see drop-offs, soft corals, gorgonians, reef fish, jacks, barracuda, tuna, turtles, and possible reef sharks. Napoleon wrasse may also appear.
When To Go Diving
Spring and autumn are the best all-round seasons, while calm conditions are important for exposed walls. Water is usually 22–28°C in peak periods, with visibility often 20–40 metres.
