East Flores is a broad dive region with volcanic islands, current-fed reefs, walls, and macro sites. It feels more exploratory than Bali or the Gilis, with strong regional variety.
What to see
Soft corals, sea fans, reef fish, turtles, rays, nudibranchs, jacks, barracuda, and occasional reef sharks may be seen.
When To Go Diving
April to November is often best, with water usually around 25–29°C. Current and wind can strongly affect conditions.
