All about Doc Poulson Ship Wreck dive site

Wreck
The Doc Poulson Ship Wreck is a compact artificial reef off Grand Cayman’s west side, resting at a manageable depth for many certified divers. It combines wreck structure with coral growth, making it a rewarding second dive after a deeper wall.

What to see

Divers may see the wreck structure, sponges, corals, grunts, snappers, angelfish, jacks, barracuda, and small crustaceans. The surrounding sand may also attract rays.

When To Go Diving

Best from November to April, although it can be dived year-round when sea conditions allow. Water is usually around 25–30°C, and visibility is often excellent on the west side.
