Dhaandhoo Kandu is a southern channel dive where current can bring strong fish and shark activity. It is best suited to divers comfortable with drift conditions and blue-water exits.
What to see
Grey reef sharks, whitetip reef sharks, eagle rays, jacks, barracuda, tuna, fusiliers and channel-edge soft corals may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Best from December to May for visibility, with incoming current often preferred for channel diving. Water is generally 27–30°C.
