All about Cave Rock dive site

Cave Rock, off southwest Eleuthera, is a large coral mound in about 15 metres of water, surrounded by smaller coral heads. Several caves and swim-throughs pass through the reef, creating a topographic dive with both sheltering fish and open coral scenery.

What to see

Hammerhead sharks have been reported here, while reef fish, groupers, jacks, sponges, hard corals, and cave-dwelling species may be seen. The swim-throughs are the defining feature.

When To Go Diving

November to May is the best overall period, especially for visibility and steadier seas. Water temperatures are generally around 24–29°C.
