All about Catacombs dive site
Catacombs is a Hawaiian lava-tube and cavern-style site, with dark openings, arches, and passages formed by old lava flows. It has an adventurous but scenic profile when dived in suitable conditions.
What to see
Lava tubes, arches, swim-throughs, soldierfish, squirrelfish, moray eels, nudibranchs, reef fish, turtles, and small crustaceans may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Best from May to October, especially in calm seas with good visibility. Water is generally around 24–28°C.
