Blacktip Wall is an Exumas wall dive with the kind of blue-water edge that makes Bahamas diving feel expansive and wild. Hammerhead sharks have been reported here, while the wall itself is also noted for the rare lemon goby.

What to see

Hammerhead sharks may be seen, along with reef sharks, pelagic fish, lemon gobies, jacks, barracuda, sponges, black coral, and wall-dwelling reef fish. Sightings vary with season and current.

When To Go Diving

November to May is the strongest general season for visibility and shark activity in the Bahamas. Water is usually around 24–29°C, with clear-water wall conditions often reaching 20–40 metres of visibility.
