All about Betty Bomber dive site
Betty Bomber is one of Truk Lagoon’s aircraft wrecks, usually associated with a shallower, more compact dive than the major shipwrecks. It has a striking, almost cinematic quality, with the aircraft shape still readable against the lagoon floor.
What to see
Mitsubishi G4M “Betty” bomber remains, wings, fuselage sections, coral growth, reef fish, glassfish, lionfish, nudibranchs, and small invertebrates may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Diveable year-round and often suitable when divers want a shorter or shallower wreck profile. Water is usually around 27–30°C, with visibility commonly 15–30 metres.
