All about Amed dive site
Amed, on Bali’s east coast, is known for relaxed shore diving, black sand, coral slopes, and macro life. It has a quieter, village-based feel than Bali’s busier southern areas.
What to see
Garden eels, turtles, reef fish, nudibranchs, shrimps, frogfish, moray eels, and coral slopes may be seen.
When To Go Diving
April to November is usually best, though Amed can be dived year-round. Water is generally 26–29°C, with visibility often 10–25 metres.
