All about Vatoz Reef dive site

Vatoz Reef, named for rays, is likely a sandy reef-edge site where rays may be found resting or passing through. It has a softer, more open-bottom character than a rocky wall.

What to see

Stingrays may be seen, along with sand-dwelling fish, bream, wrasse, octopus, moray eels, groupers, sponges, and small crustaceans.

When To Go Diving

Best from May to November, especially during calm, clear periods. Water is usually around 18–30°C, with visibility often 20 metres or more.
