Wreck

The Captain Dan Wreck is a former Hollyhock ship, built in 1937. She was renamed twice and sunk intentionally to create an artificial reef in 1990 in Pompano Beach, Florida, USA. The ship’s last name was created to honor Dan Garnse, a famous Pompano Beach fisher and boat owner. The wreck remains intact and provides an interesting diving. Diving can be performed around an anchor and on the decks. There are lots of opportunities to penetrate the ship during diving due to the big amount of access holes.
