All about Tanjung Tebal dive site
Tanjung Tebal is best treated as a North Sulawesi point dive, where reef structure meets open water and fish activity can increase with current. It has a more dynamic character than protected muck sites, with coral slopes, blue water, and the possibility of larger passing fish.
What to see
Reef fish, fusiliers, jacks, snappers, turtles, moray eels, soft corals, hard corals, and occasional reef sharks may be seen along the reef edge.
When To Go Diving
North Sulawesi can be dived year-round, with April to November often bringing drier weather and stronger visibility. Water is usually around 27–29°C, with visibility often 15–30 metres depending on exposure.
