All about Tabarca dive site
Tabarca Island, off Alicante, is a marine reserve with clear Mediterranean water, seagrass, rocky reefs, and abundant fish. It has one of mainland Spain’s most accessible protected-area profiles.
What to see
Posidonia seagrass, groupers, barracuda, bream, wrasse, octopus, moray eels, rays, and nudibranchs may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Best from May to October, with water often around 18–26°C and visibility commonly good in calm weather.
