Naranjito is one of Cabo de Palos’ famous wrecks, a cargo ship now serving as an artificial reef. It has a strong wreck-diving character and is better suited to experienced divers.

What to see

Wreck structure, groupers, barracuda, amberjacks, conger eels, moray eels, sponges, nudibranchs, and schooling fish may be seen.

When To Go Diving

Best from May to October, with water generally around 16–26°C. Visibility can be excellent in calm Mediterranean conditions.
