Samograd is a Kornati-area site associated with steep walls and the dramatic island scenery of central Dalmatia. It has a more advanced feel, with depth, clear blue water, and wall life creating the main experience.
What to see
Gorgonian sea fans, sponges, damselfish, bream, wrasse, scorpionfish, octopus, conger eels, lobsters, and schooling fish may be seen along the wall.
When To Go Diving
June to October is generally best, with September and October often excellent for visibility and reduced crowds. Water may be warm near the surface but cooler at depth.
