All about Sabura dive site

Sabura has the feel of a lively reef site, with its name matching the relaxed, colourful energy often associated with Cape Verde’s underwater landscape. It is likely a moderate volcanic reef dive, where fish life, rocky structure, and small details share the scene.

What to see

Divers may see parrotfish, wrasse, trumpetfish, pufferfish, moray eels, scorpionfish, nudibranchs, sponges, and crustaceans. Turtles or rays may appear around sandy patches.

When To Go Diving

April to November usually brings the most comfortable conditions. Water temperatures are often around 22–27°C, and visibility commonly ranges from 15–30 metres.
