All about Punta Negra dive site
Punta Negra, “black point,” suggests a dark volcanic headland or rocky point. It has a strong Canary Islands profile, especially where black lava rock meets sand.
What to see
Volcanic rock, wrasse, bream, rays, moray eels, octopus, barracuda, sponges, and schooling fish may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Best in calm conditions from May to October. Water is usually 18–24°C.
