Primavera
Primavera is located in front of the Berlenga Grande Island's Harbour. Primavera site is one of the easiest on Berlenga. It can be interesting for divers of all experience levels. A wreck of an Italian steamship "Primavera" has run aground and sunk in 1902 and now lays at 22m depths. Currents are Low (1 knot). The wreck became home to a variety of underwater creatures including sea breams, octopuses, Fork-beard, redfish, lobsters and sunfish.
When To Go Diving
The average water temperature is 18C/64F. The air temperature stays around 25C/77F from May to October. The average depth of the site is 18m/59ft with the maximum of 21m/68ft. The visibility is good during the summer months and is about 15m/ 49ft.
