Pared Verde, the “green wall,” is a wall-style Riviera Maya site with a stronger vertical feel and deeper blue water. It is one of the area’s more dramatic ocean dives.
What to see
Wall corals, sponges, sea fans, turtles, eagle rays, reef fish, jacks, moray eels, and schooling fish may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Best from November to April for calm conditions and clear visibility. Water is generally 25–29°C.
