Panagsama, in Moalboal, is famous for its shore-access sardine run and nearby reef wall. It has one of the Philippines’ most distinctive easy-access marine spectacles.
What to see
Large sardine schools, turtles, reef fish, jacks, soft corals, hard corals, nudibranchs, and wall life may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Moalboal is often best from December to May, though sardines are present year-round. Water is generally around 26–30°C.
