Oryoku Maru is a historically significant WWII wreck associated with Subic Bay. It has a sombre character and should be described with respect for its wartime history.
What to see
Wreck remains, encrusting growth, reef fish, lionfish, snappers, sponges, nudibranchs, and historical structure may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Subic wreck diving is usually best from November to May, with water around 26–30°C and visibility often variable.
