All about Old House dive site
Old House has the feel of a locally named reef site, possibly connected with a shoreline landmark or older coastal structure above water. Underwater, it is best treated as a classic Bay Islands reef dive, with coral slopes, sponges, and fish life spread across an easy-to-follow profile.
What to see
Expect hard corals, sea fans, barrel sponges, grunts, snappers, parrotfish, wrasse, angelfish, moray eels, lobsters, and small crustaceans in reef cracks.
When To Go Diving
March to August usually brings the best mix of calm seas and strong visibility, though the Bay Islands can be dived year-round. Water generally ranges from 24–29°C, with cooler conditions possible in January.
