All about Northwest Point dive site
Northwest Point is a dramatic Grand Cayman area where the reef meets deeper water and the island’s wall-diving character becomes more pronounced. The site has a rugged, open-water mood, with ledges, sponge growth, and blue-water views.
What to see
Expect wall corals, barrel sponges, rope sponges, sea fans, reef fish, turtles, rays, jacks, barracuda, and occasional reef sharks. Smaller life may hide in cracks along the wall.
When To Go Diving
November to April is usually the strongest period for calm seas and visibility. Water temperatures are commonly around 25–30°C, with cooler months still comfortable for diving.
