LIVEABOARD DIVING IN Bugibba
Buġibba is a district in Malta, situated on the northeast coast, 15km/ off Valletta. Malta International Airport is located in 19 km from it. Buġibba is a popular tourist area and part of neighboring resorts, such as St. Paul’s Bay and Qawra Point. Buġibba is the largest of these resorts, with the liveliest nightlife, numerous hotels, restaurants, pubs, clubs, and even a casino. Along the seaside promenade is the main highlight of this town the Buġibba Main Square. Some other interesting places to visit are Parroċċa San Franġisk church, Għallis Tower, and the megalithic temple ruins. The shore is rocky, but there are places ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The whole area has all kinds of water sports available, including scuba diving. Diving is suitable both for novice and experienced divers.
There are many dive sites nearby: caves, wrecks and reefs to check out. The most exciting dive sites are The Imperial Eagle Wreck and Statue of Christ site, Qawra Point, HMS Stubborn Wreck, Cirkewwa, Anchor Bay and Rozi Wreck.
