All about Leru Cut dive site

Leru Cut is one of the Solomon Islands’ signature dives, a narrow cut that runs into the island and creates striking shafts of light in clear water. It feels half cavern, half jungle-framed cathedral, especially where the route opens toward the surface chamber.

What to see

Limestone or volcanic walls, dramatic light beams, white sand floor, tree roots near the chamber, reef fish, crabs, shrimps, and coral life near the entrance may be seen.

When To Go Diving

Best from May to November for calm seas and clear light inside the cut. Water is usually around 27–31°C, and visibility can be excellent in settled conditions.
