Koh Rok Nai, in the southern Andaman region, offers clear-water reef diving around a protected island setting. It has a bright, tropical character with coral gardens and white-sand scenery above water.
What to see
Reef fish, hard corals, soft corals, turtles, rays, moray eels, snappers, butterflyfish, and small crustaceans may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Best from November to April, when Koh Lanta and southern Andaman conditions are usually strongest. Water is generally 27–30°C, with visibility often 15–30 metres.
