Gili Lawa Darat offers some of Komodo’s signature drift and reef sites, with channels, current, and strong fish movement. It is a classic northern Komodo area for wide-angle diving.
What to see
Reef sharks, turtles, jacks, barracuda, fusiliers, rays, soft corals, hard corals, and schooling fish may be seen.
When To Go Diving
April to November is usually best, with current timing important. Water is generally around 25–29°C.
