Liveaboard diving in
Rasip
Rasip is a tiny island in the Kornati archipelago situated northwest of its bigger neighboughring island of Piskera. The dive site, located off the westernmost point of the island, is known for an interesting underwater topography. Here, divers can explore a steep wall and have a chance to discover its amazing residents that hide in many crevices and holes on the wall. The dive will be interesting for both novice and experienced divers because at any depth on this site (with the maximum of 45m/148ft) there will be a chance to spot a large array of marine creatures.
When To Go Diving
The water temperature ranges from 12C/53F in the winter to 25/ 77F in the summer, meaning that the best time for diving is the period from May to September.
What to see
Divers will see an abundance of marine life, including moray and conger eels, lobsters, electric rays, monkfish, two-banded sea bream and red bream, combers, dentex, pickerel and goldfish.
