Das Boot ist in Ordnung, für den guten Preis kann man sich nicht beschweren. Die Organisation war super, das Essen sehr lecker und die Tauchgänge haben Spaß gemacht. Mit meiner Leihausrüstung war ich zufrieden.

Von positiven Momenten. Tauchgänge waren sicher durchgeführt. Alles andere war nach dem Motto gemacht: sparen überberall, wo möglich ist. In der Flughafen hat auf mich und noch eine Taucherin niemand erwartet, wir müssen selbst mit dem Veranstalter telefonieren und ein Transfer verlangen. Klo in der Kabine musste täglich repariert werden, Waschmittel war miserabel. WiFi wurde nur ungern nach mehrmaligem Bitte organisiert. WiFi Modem wurde nach dem Zurückkommen ins Port sofort von dem Board weg genommen, somit war ich 2 Tage ohne Internet, ich musste Check-in für Flug ins Flughafen machen. Letzte Frühstück war 2 Tage alt.

Loved the whole trip. The staff were amazing. Clean cabins, great services and most importantly amazing diving! The boat was great with separate chill out areas and nice cabins. We had 11 divers per guide as there were two dive guides on the boat. We felt this was a few too many as even the most proficient divers get in each others way at this number. Would have been nice to have a few less people in each group. One bad thing was the experience at the end with payment. At the end we had to pay for marine park fees and rental gear. The boat tells you the charge for gear and marine park fees in euros (we didn't have access to Euros as New Zealanders in Egypt) and if you want to pay in Egyptian Pound or any other currency they charge you a completely ridiculous exchange rate of their choosing. Not only that, our visa cards didn't work on board. We were pretty prepared with cash out as we knew it would cost more paying by card but the horrible exchange rate existed for paying in the local Egyptian currency too. It really rubbed us the wrong way, walking away after an otherwise amazing week in a bad mood. We also felt we were talked into rental gear we needed and charged for things separately rather than as a package. I was convinced I needed a brighter torch and then charged 40 euros for one that was broken. Don't let this put you off! It was still an amazing week full of lifelong memories... just try and pay the marine park fees online in advance so you have as little to pay as possible on board. Bring cash in euros if possible for you.
