Dhangethi Beyru is an outer reef around South Ari Atoll, with blue-water edges and the possibility of larger marine life. It has a spacious profile compared with the tighter thilas.
What to see
Reef fish, turtles, eagle rays, jacks, fusiliers, reef sharks, rays and possible whale sharks in the broader Dhangethi and Dhigurah region may be seen.
When To Go Diving
December to May usually brings the clearest conditions, while South Ari is known for year-round whale shark possibility in the wider area. Water is generally 27–30°C.
