All about Cauldron dive site
The Cauldron, also known as Shotgun, is one of Komodo’s most exhilarating drift dives. The current can pull divers through a channel into a bowl-like section filled with fish movement.
What to see
Manta rays may be seen, along with reef sharks, jacks, fusiliers, turtles, sweetlips, rays, and coral gardens.
When To Go Diving
April to November is generally best, with tide and current planning essential. Water is usually around 25–29°C.
