The alternative name of this site is Lafodia Reef, and it is a great site suitable for all divers. The Benesin Cape (Benešin Rat, pronounced Beneshin Rat) site consists of a reef with beautiful corals and a variety of marine life, including scorpionfish and moray eels, starfish and sea urchins, etc. Beautiful caves and a wall of more than 39m/130ft in depth can also be explored at this dive site.

When To Go Diving

The best time to dive Benesin Cape or Benešin Rat is during the summer months, when the air temperature is about 27C/80F and the water temperature averages 22-25C/71-77F. The average depth is 20m/66ft, while the maximum depth of the dive site is 40m/131ft. Good visibility (>30m/98ft) and mild currents.
