Babylon is a North Wall dive with a dramatic pinnacle dropping beside deep blue water. It has a more advanced, offshore feel, with black coral, rope sponges, and vertical scenery giving the site a refined, almost cathedral-like atmosphere.
What to see
Black coral, rope sponges, barrel sponges, reef fish, turtles, barracuda, jacks, and occasional eagle rays may be seen. The pinnacle and wall structure are the key features.
When To Go Diving
Best dived in excellent conditions, usually during the calmer November to April period. Water is around 25–30°C, and strong visibility is especially important for enjoying the wall and pinnacle.
