Wagmab Island is best treated as a Raja Ampat island reef, with coral slopes and fish-rich edges. It has a remote, tropical character typical of the region.
What to see
Reef fish, soft corals, sea fans, turtles, rays, fusiliers, sweetlips, and possible wobbegong sharks may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Best from October to April. Water is generally around 27–30°C, with plankton sometimes reducing visibility but increasing fish activity.
