Tobia Kebir is a larger Safaga reef system with coral gardens and several possible routes. It suits a gentle day-boat dive, especially for divers who enjoy fish life over wide reef areas.
What to see
Coral gardens, anthias, fusiliers, butterflyfish, parrotfish, blue-spotted rays, moray eels, lionfish, and turtles may be seen.
When To Go Diving
March–May and September–November are usually best. Water is generally 22–28°C, with visibility often 20–40 metres.
