Thunderdome is one of Turks and Caicos’ most unusual artificial-structure sites, known for its arena-like remains and fish activity around the framework. It has a different mood from the walls, with a playful, structure-focused profile.

What to see

Artificial structure, reef fish, grunts, snappers, barracuda, sponges, soft corals, moray eels, lobsters, turtles, and small schooling fish may be seen.

When To Go Diving

Best from December to May, though it can be dived year-round when sea conditions allow. Water is generally around 26–29°C, with visibility often good around open structure.
