All about Tapu dive site
Tapu is one of Bora Bora’s signature ocean-side dives, just outside Teavanui Pass. It is known for a shallow coral plateau, drop-off scenery, and shark activity in clear blue water.
What to see
Blacktip reef sharks, lemon sharks, moray eels, lionfish, Napoleon wrasse, reef fish, and coral plateau scenery may be seen.
When To Go Diving
May to October usually brings the clearest water, though Bora Bora diving is possible year-round. Water is generally around 26–29°C.
