Denis

Denis is a private island located 8km north of Mahé. Denis Island is a small coral island named after a French explorer. The island offers diving opportunities for both novice and advanced divers. There is a small but very well equipped dive centre on the island that offers top gear and expert PADI accredited instructors. The protected underwater world around Denis includes a shallow lagoon that ranks as one of the finest areas for diving in Seychelles and features a number of interesting dive sites. The amazing marine life varies with the season. Divers can see sailfish, dolphins, turtles and brilliant tropical fish throughout the year but it is also possible to spot manta rays and whale sharks from September to November.
