Red Rocks is likely a scenic rocky reef or wall where the colour of the limestone, algae, and encrusting life gives the site its name. It has a strong visual identity, with clear Adriatic water sharpening the contrast between rock and blue.
What to see
Expect colourful rock faces, sponges, anemones, wrasse, damselfish, bream, scorpionfish, octopus, nudibranchs, and possible gorgonians on deeper sections.
When To Go Diving
May to October is the main season, with the warmest water from July to September. Visibility is often best in settled conditions and can exceed 30 metres.
