Red Dhow Liveaboard, Oman

Red Dhow built in traditional style. Big sun deck with sun loungers gives you a perfect opportunity to relax. Oman is an uncrowded diving destination with not as many divers as other Red Sea destinations. The boat equipped with all necessary safety equipment.

Boat Interior

The boat has 8 cabins on board that can accommodate up to 14 divers. 6 rooms have shared bathrooms, 2 cabins are en-suite. All stateroomshave air conditioning and equipped with twin bunk beds.
Red Dhow offers to stay in between dives in the small cozy indoor salon with air conditioning or stay outside, on the top deck. Here you will find sunbeds with cushions and a dinner table- great to relax and chat with other passengers on board.

Safety

Red Dhow follows the high standard safety procedures. She has all the necessary equipment like life jackets, first aid box, pure oxygen kit.

Diving

The boat is fully equipped with a diving room and swimming platform. Full range of diving equipment can be rented on board.

Itinerary features

Red Dhow itineraries include dive sites located along the Musandam Peninsula. Divers with all levels of experience can find something for them here. Reefs, walls, and slopes covered with colorful corals. With luck, you can meat leopard sharks and white tip sharks. Even such a rare fish as Mola Mola can be seen sometimes. Divers can meet the giant, trevally, eagle ray, pinjalo, shoals of jackfish, snappers, sweet lips.

When to Go

Summers in Oman is hot and humid. The average water temperature ranges from 19C/66F to 28C/82F. The visibility averages between 15-30m/49-98ft. Best time to dive in Oman can be considered from April to October.
