Wreck
Le Relax is located in front of Canoubiers Bay in St. Tropez. It is a wreck that sank in the 80's and diving here is recommended for advanced divers. The boat was 27m/88ft long and 5m/16ft high. The wreck lies in 35m/114ft of water on a sandy bottom. Divers can explore the upper bridge, a large fireplace, the propeller and rudder. A diverse marine life at this dive site includes john dorys, lobsters, congers, red scorpion fish of various sizes and a large number of gorgonians.

When To Go Diving

It is best to dive at Le Relax from May to November when the water temperature stays around 20C/68F. The average depth of the site is 35m/114ft. Water visibility is medium, 5-10m/16-32ft. There are practically no currents.

Th wreck is well preserved. It is laying in 35 meters on the soft bottom, half sandy half vase... Visibility might be poor... There are 3 places to enter/exit the wreck from different sides. Marine life is represented by gorgonians, scorpion fish, very large capons, a lot of lobsters, red mullet...
