All about Teavapiti Pass dive site

Teavapiti Pass is one of Raiatea’s key drift dives, where water movement through the pass attracts fish and larger marine life. It has the energetic, blue-water character that makes French Polynesian passes so memorable.

What to see

Grey reef sharks, jacks, barracuda, tuna, eagle rays, reef fish, moray eels, and schooling fish may be seen along the pass.

When To Go Diving

Best from May to October, with incoming current often preferred for visibility and marine life. Water is usually around 26–29°C.
