Koh Sawang is likely a small-island reef site, with coral patches, boulders, and warm tropical water. It has a quieter coastal character than the major pinnacle dives.
What to see
Reef fish, hard corals, soft corals, rays, moray eels, snappers, butterflyfish, parrotfish, and small invertebrates may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Best in calm regional conditions, usually November to April on the Andaman side. Water is generally 27–30°C.
