LIVEABOARD DIVING IN Nusa Penida
The island Nusa Penida is situated between the islands of Bali and Lombok in Indonesia. The closest international airport is Denpasar, from there you got to get to Nusa Penida by sea. Due to its geographical location the island is often exposed to strong currents that arrive from the Pacific and move towards the Indian Ocean. That is why most of the diving at Nusa Penida is drift diving. The coral reefs around the island are very healthy with miles of pristine corals and an incredible diversity of marine life.
The incredible Mola Mola that can reach the size of up to 3m/9ft can be seen at many dive sites of Nusa Penida, however Crystal Bay, Toyapakeh and Gamat Bay are the sites where, during the right season, it is seen the most. Also such sites as Cenningan Wall and Manta Point must not be missed by divers.
