Deep Rock
Deep Rock is an underwater pinnacle and one the best sites for scuba diving on Malapascua in the Philippines. While diving here, scuba divers will be amazed by the sheer walls that start at 5m/16ft and go down to 30m/98ft and are covered with colorful soft and hard corals. It is highly recommended to use nitrous oxide for scuba diving at this spot.
When To Go Diving
Divers can dive at any time of the year, because the climate is tropical. The rainy season is from July to December. The water temperature here ranges from 25C/78F in January to 29C/85F in May.
What to see
Divers can find nudibranchs, frogfish, shrimp, batfish, scorpionfish, zebrafish, zebra crabs, batfish, and lionfish.
