Hole in the Wall
The wall is covered with colorful soft corals, sponges, fans, green tree corals and serves as hiding place for many puffer fish and moray eels. While divers descend in several-stepped drop-offs, each about 3m/9ft, they reach the Hole at about 12m/39ft. The Hole is about 1,5m/4ft, which is wide enough for one diver to swim through. Important to note, that while swimming through the hole, divers should beware of the scorpionfish, as well as the feather-like hydroids growing on the walls, which sting. There is a small cave located at 18m/59ft covered with white gorgorian fans. Sometimes strong currents are present but it is an easy site suitable for everybody, especially when the currents are low. The Hole in the Wall can also lead down to the Canyons site.
