Crocodile Rock, off Gozo, is a scenic rocky reef and wall dive with a rugged limestone profile. The site has a distinctly Mediterranean character, with clear blue water, boulder formations, and deeper sections that suit divers looking for a more dramatic Gozo dive.

What to see

Divers may see rocky walls, boulders, swim-through-style formations, groupers, damselfish, wrasse, bream, octopus, moray eels, scorpionfish, nudibranchs, and small crustaceans hidden in cracks.

When To Go Diving

The best months are usually May to October, with the warmest water from July to September. Water is typically around 15–17°C in winter and 25–27°C in late summer, with visibility often 20–40 metres in calm conditions.
