All about Crap's Point dive site

Crap’s Point is likely a point-style Las Galeras or north-coast site where current and rock structure create fish movement. It has a more energetic feel than sheltered reefs, especially when visibility is clear and the sea is calm.

What to see

Divers may see jacks, barracuda, snappers, grunts, reef fish, sea fans, sponges, rays, turtles, and moray eels around the rock edge.

When To Go Diving

Best in settled sea conditions, as exposed points can be affected by swell and current. Water is usually around 24–29°C, with visibility often 18–30 metres in good weather.
