Collin Bambous is best treated as a local Mauritius reef site with coral heads, sandy patches, and a gentle Indian Ocean profile. It suits relaxed exploration, where reef fish, coral texture, and warm blue water create the main appeal.

What to see

Reef fish, butterflyfish, wrasse, parrotfish, trumpetfish, moray eels, lionfish, blue-spotted rays, hard corals, and small crustaceans may be seen.

When To Go Diving

November to April usually brings the warmest water, around 26–29°C, while May to October is cooler at about 23–25°C. Visibility is often 20–40 metres in settled conditions.
