All about Cannibal Rock (Komodo) dive site

Cannibal Rock in southern Komodo is one of Indonesia’s iconic macro and soft coral sites. It is dense, colourful, and full of strange life, especially in cooler nutrient-rich water.

What to see

Soft corals, sea apples, nudibranchs, frogfish, rhinopias, cuttlefish, turtles, scorpionfish, crinoids, and schooling reef fish may be seen.

When To Go Diving

Southern Komodo can be clearer from November to March, while water may be cooler and plankton-rich at other times. Temperatures often range from about 20–27°C.
